"I had a disappointing experience with this business, specifically in how they handle payment and communication with former employees. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities and adhering to the company’s policies, I encountered unnecessary delays and unfounded deductions in receiving my final payment. Attempts to clarify the situation were met with unprofessionalism, including having my number blocked. As someone with experience in the Medicare industry, I found the lack of knowledge about basic processes (such as chargebacks, enrollment periods, comparing plans, etc.) concerning. Professionalism and integrity are essential in any business, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. I hope future interactions with others are handled more respectfully and transparently."
